They Are Growing…….

Children just love to be outside and if they are doing things that grown-ups do, that’s great. If it involves getting the hands dirty, that’s even better! Some of the team like to get hands on with the watering, while others prefer to ponder the wonder of nature….and others just like to pose for the camera!
 

Recently junior Ground Force helped plant some trees on the other side of the field.
 

They were very proud of their work, as you can see. Perhaps in years to come they might come back and see how tall their trees have grown.


We Are Growing…….

In November 2003 the Garabrecan space station was completed and Learning Curve opened its doors for the first time. Now we need more space so it is time for the next phase of development – the space station is growing.

You can see from the plans below that the building will be growing another T-section to become an H. This will give us valuable space for improving our facilities: A better designed nursery suite for the babies and under-twos; three rooms for the two to five year olds; a better kitchen for chef with extra utility and storage space; a staff rest room to enable our team to get some breathing space during their breaks; a proper office so that staff can talk to parents in private when required.

All-in-all Learning Curve will have the very best facilities for staff and children.
 

Summer Ball 1st September 2005

Our annual Ball this year had the theme of Disney Characters. Well the nursery is always full of characters, but these ones were all dressed up as you can see.

There were some little fairies……

And some big ones……..
 

And after all that dressing up and showing off, some people were ready for some grub!

But this band of brigands headed for the hills...
