The concept of Learning Curve was created with the
aim of providing the best in childcare practice at
an affordable price for the families of the Royal
Wootton Bassett and
North Wiltshire area. In
ten years the business
has developed from a
fledgling business to an
established and welcome
local institution and
yet in all that time Learning
Curve has never stopped looking for ways to improve.
The development of the site, the construction of the
buildings, the landscaping of the grounds are all
testimony to the creative and innovative ideas and
processes harnessed by the directors of the
business, Naida Malik and Alan Butler. From the
unique architectural style of the buildings to the
beautiful mother and child sculpture which greet the
parents as they drive up to the nursery; from the
lively learning and development programmes created
for the staff, to the original and exciting
activities that are planned for the children; in all
aspects of the daily routine, Learning Curve
attempts to bring a fresh perspective for children,
parents and staff and to challenge complacency.
