parents/carers.

We expect members of our nursery team to::

   be motivated team players
   have excellent communication and leadership skills
   experience of working in a multicultural childcare environment,
   have worked alongside professional agencies.
   being able to work in a new and demanding setting
   hold, or be working towards, a relevant early years childcare qualification.

 

- Room Leader & Co. Deputy Manager, NVQ3 or equivalent (ref: DL/11)

   Salary dependant on experience.

- Full Time post for 40hrs per week.

Essential skills / experience:

- Level 3 equivalent with good Maths & English

- Desire and ability to gain higher qualifications as appropriate

- Sound knowledge of key issues relating to early years education and childcare.

- Strong organisational skills

- Proven ability to lead and motivate staff

- Ability to communicate and negotiate with parents/carers
