Food, Glorious Food!

We provide daily a balanced, wholesome diet. Breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch and afternoon tea - the emphasis is on providing a tasty, healthy diet.

Our chef prepares our food fresh daily and the children just love her tasty cooking. The menus are planned to provide a variety of food which is both nourishing and designed to provide the well-balanced diet that young children need.

We cater for the individual dietary needs of the children and pay particular attention to those children with food intolerances or allergies.

However we do ask that parents provide food and formula for weaning babies.

Cleanliness is next to goodness when it comes to food preparation and Learning Curve kitchen has been awarded the highest 5 star food hygiene rating from the Food Standards Agency.

Monday: Breakfast: Shredded Wheat; Lunch: Carrot stew, herb roast potatoes and peas, Fruit crumble and custard. Tea: Roasted vegetable filled pittas, Fromage Frais. Snacks: Rice cake and cream cheese, Fresh Fruit

Tuesday: Breakfast: Brown toast and spread; Lunch: Cottage pie and mixed vegetables, Sultana and cranberry flapjack. Tea: Pizza bagels, Jam tart; Snacks: Cheese biscuit, Fresh fruit

Wednesday: Breakfast: Wheat biscuits; Lunch: Chickpea and butternut squash pasta bake with sweetcorn; Blueberry and orange pancake tray bake; Tea: Jacket potato with tuna mayonnaise; Fruit salad. Snacks: Melon, Fresh fruit

Thursday: Breakfast: Porridge. Lunch: Chicken casserole with broccoli rice, Fruit platter. Tea: Cheesy crumpets, Cake. Snacks: Bread sticks and houmous, Fresh fruit.
